Grilled Tilapia Cartoccio

Ingredients:
450 gms. Tilapia, whole
1/4 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
2 tbsps. Sugar
| 3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 pc. Orange
1 tsp. ginger, cut into strips

Directions:
Cut orange in half; juice one half into a bowl and the cut the other half into rings.
Mix soy sauce, garlic and ginger with orange juice.
Spread out Glad aluminum foil three times the size of tilapia.
Clean tilapia thoroughly, make slit on its belly and insert 2 slices of orange.
Place fish at the center of foil.
Pull up sides to form a temporary bowl.
Pour in the soy sauce mixture.
Seal all edges of the foil.
Place in an oven set at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
