Seafood Kare-Kare
Ingredients:
1 kilo mussels
1/2 kilo shirmps
2 cups banana heart
2 cups string beans

1 cup eggplant
1 pack (50 grams) White King Stew Sauce Mix (Kare-Kare Mix)
2 tbsps. peanut butter
salted shrimp paste

Directions:

Boil mussels and shrimps in 2-1/2 cups water for 5 minutes or until done. Drain seafood and remove the shells. Set aside broth. Add more water to the broth to make aproximately 2-1/2 cups.

Blach cut-up vegetables in vigorously boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Stir White King Meat Stew Sauce Mix in 2-1/2 cups broth. Bring to boil. Add seafood and peanut butter. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with salted shrimp paste.
