Ginataang Pusit

Ingredients:
2 kls. Pusit (squid), sliced into rings
4 cups coconut milk
1 onion, slice into rings
5 pcs. Finger chili, sliced
salt to taste
| vinegar
msg (optional)
1 thumb-size knob of ginger, sliced
cooking oil

Directions:
Heat oil in a pan and saute ginger ad squid.
Remove the squid and set aside.
(Note: saute the squid in high heat for a short period of time only.
Otherwise, it will become rubbery.)
Using another pan, pour in coconut milk and season with salt, pepper and msg.
Allow to boil.
Add in the squid and allow to simmer some more.
Add the vinegar and allow to simmer some more until the liquid has reduced.
Add the finger chili and onion rings.
Serve immediately.
