2 pcs ampalaya, halved then sliced into 3"-length strips
¼ k. bataw, sliced
6 pcs. Stringbeans, cut into 2"-length
1 cup perkulis seeds
Wash the vegetables and slice as instructed; set aside. In a pan, pour in coconut milk and allow to boil. Add garlic, onion and bagoong alamang. Add the perkulis seeds and then the rest of the vegetables. Season with salt if needed. Note: Perkulis seeds are available in Bicol's markets. They are rare in Manila and its environs. However, you can cook this dish even without it.
