Sunbest Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Windmill Cornstarch
4 tbsps. Water
2 tsps. Fresh ginger, minced
2 tsps. Fresh garlic, minced
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup Henglong Mushroom Soy Sauce
4 tbsps. White vinegar
4 tbsps. Dry sherry
| 2 cups chicken broth
5 tbsps. Molina's Finest Olive Oil
200 gms. Sunbest Whole Button Mushrooms
200 gms. Sunbest Straw Mushroom
100 gms. fresh broccoli
100 gms. Baguio beans
50 gms. yellow bell pepper

Directions:
Combine the cornstarch, water, ginger, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sherry chicken and chicken broth in a bowl.
Stir.
Alternatively, place in a closed container and shake vigorously.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add Molina's Finest olive oil and Sunbest young corn, Sunbest whole butoon mushrooms, Sunbest straw and yellow bell pepper.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
Add the sauce and cook until thickened.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
