Country Style Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
1 k. Swift Sarimanok Chicken Drumsticks (or cut-ups)
cooking oil for deep-frying
For the marinade:
1 (235 ml.) pack Sunkist Orange Juice Drink
1 (235 ml.) pack Selecta Fortified Filled Milk
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
For the breading:
2 cups White King All-Purpose Flour
| 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1 tsp. each of dried thyme, basil, ground
black pepper, salt, curry powder,
garlic powder & parsley
For the dipping mixture:
2 pcs. eggs
1/4 cup Selecta Fortified Filled Milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Place the oven rack in the lower-middle position the preheat the oven to 450°F.
Grease a jelly-roll pan with vegetable oil.
Combine marinade ingredients.
Add Swift Sariwanok Chicken Drumsticks.
Marinate for two hours (or for best results, overnight inside refrigerator).
Place in a resealable plastic bag all the breading ingredients.
Seal and shake until well combined.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients of dipping mixture.
Set Aside.
One at a time, place each chicken piece in the bag containing the breading and shake until coated.
Then dip it into the milk mixture and then into the breading again.
Place each chicken piece on the jelly roll pan (without the chicken pieces touching).
Spray the chicken lightly with vegetable oil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the coating is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
Alternatively, you can deep-fry the chicken.
Makes 8 servings.
