1 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Clean tilapia and deep fry. Set aside.
Saute' ginger, garlic, onion, sili and fish sauce put the tilapia and cover for 2-3 mins. Put the coconut milk simmer for 5 mins and put the thick coconut milk cover until the coconut milk is thick then put the mustard leaves together with the salt and pepper.Serve hot!
