Coffee-Glazed Ham with Gravy

Ingredients:
1 pc. Purefoods Fiesta Ham
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup brewed coffee
2 tbsps. Heavy cream
| fresh herb sprigs,
assorted fruits
vegetables, for garnish
|

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place ham in a lightly greased 9” x 13” baking pan.
Combine brown sugar and brewed hot coffee in a medium bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Pour over ham.
Bake for 2-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 140°F, bastingevery 20 minutes.
Transfer ham on a serving platter.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Transfer drippings into a 4 cup-measuring cup, let stand for 10 minutes.
Pour off and discard fat, stir cream into the drippings.
Serve with ham.
