them fresh. Also try to wean yourself from sugar-packed cola drinks - have fruit
juice instead and drink water throughout the day. Another way to get liquids
into your body is to bring soup in a tightly sealed. Cook leftover vegetables in
a broth, microwave in the office at lunchtime, and enjoy with your rice dish or
